Holzer Health System in Gallipolis, Ohio  is recruiting an additional  BE/BC General Surgeon  to join our collegial team of  five General Surgeons  in a well-established practice offering:

• Bread & butter General Surgery;  breast is required.
• DaVinci robotic surgery  and dedicated OR block time
• Strong internal referral base with 55+ Primary Care providers
• Interventional Radiology support
• Call every third weekday and one weekend every three months; residents take first call
• No trauma   call;  ICU available, but no blood bank

Recruitment Package

• Guaranteed two-year salary floor + production incentive and bonus potential
• Sign-on bonus
• Long-term incentive: Educational loan reimbursement over 5 years or retention bonus over 3 years
• Monthly stipend until completion of residency program
• CME and moving expense reimbursement
• Generous time off: 30 days annually (increases with tenure), up to 5 days CME and up to 8 holidays
