What You’ll Do

• Provide emergent neurosurgical services, including spinal and cranial procedures
• Perform hospital-based surgeries and inpatient rounding
• Manage 5-10 inpatients daily based on clinical needs
• Be available for 24-hour call coverage, including weekends and holidays
• Utilize Cerner EMR to document patient care
• Collaborate with neurology and orthopedic teams
• Attend to emergent cases and consults in a hospital setting

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified in Neurosurgery (NO BE candidates, please)
• Active Michigan medical license or eligibility
• Proven experience in cranial and spinal surgery
• Ability to handle emergent neurosurgical cases

Preferred:

• Prior experience in hospital-based neurosurgery
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
