We are looking for  Full-Time Board-Certified Female Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine Physicians  who are interested in devoting their practice to serving our wonderful patient population. Some of the benefits to working with the Villages are:

Our compensation is not tied to volume - the base compensation is greater than the 50th percentile of MGMA with an annual bonus tied to quality (patient satisfaction, clinical quality outcomes and organizational engagement). We offer a full benefit package including 401K with match and a non-qualified tax deferred savings plan.
