Cardiothoracic Surgery - WI, USA

Seeking a a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our team in Wisconsin.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Mostly cardiac surgery: CABG, valve, TAVR, pericardial window and could do some lung work (hoping to build thoracic volumes to capture outmigration
• Currently, have 3 Non-Invasive Cardiologists, 2 Interventional Cardiologists, 1 EP, and 2 CT surgeons on staff, seeking one more to join the team
• 36 hours of patient contact or five days a week plus shared call
  • Inpatient rounds for surgical and consults (blocked surgical scheduling)
  • Spend one day each week in the outpatient clinic seeing 12-14 patients
• $700,000 base salary + additional incentive comp and signing bonus
• Full benefits include 35 days of PTO, CME, medical benefits, retirement with match, and more
• 6 cath labs, 2 open heart ORs, plus a hybrid room
• Vascular desire/skill set a plus but not required
