Our clinic is booked months in advance, meaning you’ll be busy immediately and fully ramped up in just a few months. With enough volume to support four full-time urologists and 4-6 APPs, this is your opportunity to step into a dynamic role—whether you’re a generalist or a fellowship-trained specialist.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Top-Notch Care: Treat a wide range of urological conditions—from kidney stones to prostate issues—crafting personalized plans with robust APP support.
• Operate with Precision: Spend two days a week in surgery at Community Anderson Hospital or St. Vincent Anderson.
• Collaborate Seamlessly: Join two FTE physicians and four stellar APPs who manage overflow, urgent cases, and first call, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Balance Your Week: Enjoy three clinic days (seeing 30-40 patients) and a 1:4 call schedule covering two hospitals—with potential future paid call at St. Vincent Fishers.

Who We’re Looking For:

• General or Specialized Expertise: Board-certified or board-eligible in urology. Generalists with a strong foundation in comprehensive care or fellowship-trained specialists with subspecialty prowess (any area welcome!) are ideal.
• Patient-Centered Drive: You’re empathetic, communicative, and dedicated to building trust with patients and colleagues.
• Team Spirit: Thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with APPs and physicians to deliver exceptional care.
