What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary Urology provider on call, supporting weekend and weekday coverage
• Perform clinic duties including patient consultations, procedures, and follow-ups
• Conduct in-office procedures such as cystoscopies, biopsies, and UDS testing
• Manage scheduled OR time for Urology cases, including fusion biopsies and bladder biopsies
• Collaborate with a team of PAs, nurses, and administrative staff to deliver quality patient care
• Participate in on-call rotation, averaging 3-4 days per month
• Provide patient education and follow-up care as needed

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Urology license or eligibility to practice in Washington State
• Experience in Urology preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently

Preferred:

• Availability on weekends and weekdays for scheduled clinic, OR, and call duties
• Ability to perform a range of in-office procedures
