Highlights
Community Physician Network seeks a team-oriented Endocrinologist to join our collegial group of 13 employed physicians and 5 advanced practice providers. Ideal candidates will have an interest in working collaboratively and seamlessly with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.

  • Opportunity for full or part-time practice
  • Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Epic EMR
  • Part of a highly collaborative, collegial group of employed Endocrinologists (13 physicians)

Licensure & Certification

BE/BC in Endocrinology and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana; completion of a fellowship in an accredited endocrinology training program
