Excellent GU Pathology Director Opportunity with the Medical College of Wisconsin, Manitowoc

The Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at MCW is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of GU Pathology to lead our GU Pathology department and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services

 

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the GU pathology department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pathology services.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain efficient and accurate laboratory operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments and medical professionals to facilitate multidisciplinary patient care.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and implementing new technologies and methodologies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Board certification in Anatomic Pathology and/or Clinical Pathology is required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience practicing pathology, with progressively increasing responsibilities and leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a team of pathologists and laboratory personnel.
